We need to get the vehicle identification number (VIN) for the car you want us to remove.
There are two options for getting it to us:
- Send an email to support@BrotherCarBuyer.com with the VIN number of the vehicle and reference ID: in the body.
- Call (800) 669-3598 and give us the VIN. If no agents are available, you can also leave the VIN in our voicemail along with your name and reference ID: .
The VIN number is most typically found on the driver side dash of the vehicle visible from outside the car near where the dash meets the glass. It can also be found on the driver side door jamb on most vehicles. Post 1981 VINs consist of 17 letters and numbers. It can also be found commonly on titles, registrations, and insurance papers.
